This strategic, hands-on role oversees financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and improve processes. The Controller manages all aspects of accounting operations, mentors a small team, supports financial planning, and helps optimize systems for long-term success.

Position Qualifications

This role requires 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position. The Tier I Customer Service Technician (Client Success Representative) serves as the first point of contact for Future Energy clients, assisting with inquiries, account support, and issue resolution. This full-time, mid-level role combines client service, administrative ticketing, and technical learning in a fast-paced, EV-focused environment. Ideal candidates have contact center experience, strong follow-up and multitasking skills, and a desire to grow within the EV infrastructure space.

Position Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of contact center or client support experience, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. A strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to document interactions accurately are essential. While experience in the EV charging industry is preferred, technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are key. An associate’s degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple tasks, following up on client requests, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
