This role requires a technically proficient, experienced professional who proactively defines product configurations, operationalizes the product for scalable support, and develops documentation and training materials to empower internal teams for client success.

Position Qualifications

Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in software engineering support or network engineering roles, preferably within managed service or technology product environments

  • Proven ability to formalize technical product configurations and develop supporting documentation.
  • Strong technical understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, and software-to-hardware integration (especially EVSE or similar equipment).
