EVSE Installation Manager

Position Description

We are seeking an EVSE Installation Manager to build and run the organization's Rest and Recharge program, delivering the standardized, repeatable installation of Level 2 EVSE at hospitality locations and growing public charging revenue for the organization.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing external vendor networks and incentive compliance, as well as standardizing operational playbooks that transform a chaotic operational pipeline into a structured asset.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in project or program management, including owning or coordinating a multi-site or multi-vendor program.
  • Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings.
  • Experience using Project Management Software (i.e. MS Project, Asana, Trello), as well as CRM software (i.e. Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).

Implementation Specialist

Position Description

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to successfully implement Future Energy’s EVSE solutions at client sites — ensuring site readiness, contractor coordination, and accurate system configuration — resulting in quality installations that drive client satisfaction and company revenue.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the end-to-end site readiness process for EVSE installations, as well as an ability to configure the Charge Point Management Software for clients in accordance with site-specific requirements, established SOPs and documented playbooks.

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical installation, systems implementation, project coordination or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems, such as Great Plains, NetSuite, Zoho, Sage.
