Implementation Specialist

Position Description

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to successfully implement Future Energy’s EVSE solutions at client sites — ensuring site readiness, contractor coordination, and accurate system configuration — resulting in quality installations that drive client satisfaction and company revenue.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the end-to-end site readiness process for EVSE installations, as well as an ability to configure the Charge Point Management Software for clients in accordance with site-specific requirements, established SOPs and documented playbooks.

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical installation, systems implementation, project coordination or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems, such as Great Plains, NetSuite, Zoho, Sage.

Controller

Position Description

We are seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function at our growing Energy Management company in Troy, MI. This strategic, hands-on role oversees financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls while partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and improve processes. The Controller manages all aspects of accounting operations, mentors a small team, supports financial planning, and helps optimize systems for long-term success.

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, including in-depth knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This role requires 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership position. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a CPA or master’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in SQL-based query tools and financial systems such as Great Plains, Zoho, or NetSuite is essential. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to lead teams, oversee financial reporting, and drive process improvements.
