Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in project management, construction management, electrical trades preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, perform well under pressure and effectively manage competing and/or changing priorities.
  • Must pass criminal background investigation and reference inquires.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, to maintain positive customer relations. Ability to plan and manage a variety of functions simultaneously. Computer proficiency and knowledge of applicable software. Demonstration of initiative in completing performance responsibilities. Sustained focus and attention to detail for extended periods of time.

Performance Responsibilities

  • Serve as Client’s main point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Develop project timeline with Client, maintain project timeline and weekly updates in project management software.
  • Document and implement processes for integration to ensure compliance and standardization across all projects.
  • Keep project management status up to date with project activity and milestone updates.
  • Keep project scorecards and status reporting up to date.
  • Monitoring of project progress against plan and escalation of risks and issues to the Vice President of Integrations.
  • Provide Client with project activity and status updates on the “critical path” no less than every week during the active project period.
  • Review project documents, complete accurate fixture quantity takeoffs, develop and maintain an accurate bill of material on assigned projects.
  • Communicate and coordinate with installation partners and other trades working on assigned projects.
  • Shares information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes
  • Prepare One Page Proposals for lighting and EV projects.
  • Prepare spec sheet files, owner training sign-in sheets and any applicable training documentation to provide owner at completion of project.
  • Coordinate and document owner training on assigned projects.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct the commissioning of all systems sold to Clients.
  • Assist in making and sharing decisions in a timely manner.
  • Set high standards and expectations for self and others.
  • Demonstrate support for Future Energy’s vision, mission, goals, and priorities.
  • Prepare all required reports and maintain appropriate records.
  • Facilitate problem-solving by individuals or groups.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations.
  • Perform other incidental tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of this position.
  • Is accessible seven days a week by phone, email, and any other communications that Future Energy uses.
  • Need to respond to all phone calls, text messages, emails, and any other communications that Future Energy uses to clients, vendors, employees, etc. within 24 hours.
  • Understands that responsibilities can continue to grow beyond this current list.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Light Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
